Builders and contractors working on residential, commercial and infrastructure jobs can plan one unit around crew breaks and site administration.

Brisbane & South East Queensland sales
Site Mate builds the Series 7 in Woongoolba on the northern Gold Coast, south of Brisbane, and sells to contractors, builders, civil and infrastructure crews and project owners across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
One towable unit combines a crew crib room, a site office and amenities. Choose a standard or off-grid configuration for the services available at your next site.
Buying for Brisbane sites
Buying a portable crib room for Brisbane starts with how your business works across jobs. A builder moving between suburban sites may need a different arrangement from a civil contractor managing several work areas. Consider where the crew takes breaks, where site paperwork happens and which services will be available when work begins.
The Series 7 brings these functions into one site caravan. Explore the mobile crib rooms for sale range, then use this page to plan a purchase around your Brisbane location, crew and available access.

Civil, roadworks, rail and utility crews, councils and their contractors can consider a towable facility as work moves between locations.
Businesses operating across Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Moreton Bay and the Redlands can discuss individual purchases or fleet orders. For work further north, see our Central QLD sales page.
Ownership and fleet planning
Owning a mobile crib room lets a business take its crew facility from job to job. The layout stays familiar as the work location changes. One tow-in setup brings the crib room, office and toilets together instead of organising separate sheds, amenities and office spaces.
For contractors running several sites, multi-unit orders can be discussed around the role of each crew and location. Start with intended use, relocation frequency and site services. The mobile crib room buying guide covers the broader questions to work through before choosing a unit.
Inside the Series 7
Bench seating accommodates eight in the dining area. The office area has two workstations, a desk across the rear, filing cabinet and magnetic whiteboards. Think about whether breaks happen together or in groups; the crew and shift planning guide helps frame that discussion.
The kitchen includes a stainless steel bench and sink, microwave, 215 L 12/240 V fridge-freezer, water filter and instant hot water. Two toilets have hand basins and exhaust fans. There are two reverse-cycle rooftop air conditioners, three lockable steel doors and laminated safety glass windows with steel security screens. Browse the Series 7 gallery to see the interior arrangement.
South East Queensland conditions
Brisbane’s hot, humid summers and storm season make comfort and site positioning part of the purchase discussion. The two reverse-cycle air conditioners serve the interior, while high-wind tie-down points form part of the chassis specification. Discuss positioning and tie-down arrangements for the selected site.
Inner-city and suburban access needs a careful check. The external cabin is 7200 mm long, total length is 8750 mm, and width including the awning, steps and lighting is 2490 mm. Check the intended route, entry and final position rather than considering the cabin alone.
The Series 7 has a galvanised RHS chassis, tandem axles, four 12-inch electric brakes with breakaway, a rated coupling, and 16-inch 6-stud wheels with 225/75R16C light truck tyres. Loaded weight, ratings and the right tow vehicle are confirmed for the selected build. Read the full specifications and delivery and site-readiness checklist before arranging access and set-up.
Match the available services
Series 7 Standard suits sites with mains or temporary site power. For early-stage works and jobs where power is not yet available, discuss the Series 7 Off-Grid configuration.
Its 8 kW off-grid power system uses 1.2 kW of solar from three 400 W solar panels, each on its own solar charge controller. This charges two 314 Ah 24 V lithium batteries, which feed an 8 kVA inverter/charger. A 4.5 kVA diesel generator with a 100 L diesel tank provides backup. Fresh water and waste water tanks each hold 500 L.
Runtime depends on loads and weather. Prepare an equipment list and discuss how the unit will be used with the off-grid power planning guide. The water and wastewater planning guide covers the services to consider alongside power.
